1. About this website
The MoonLabs directory at moonlabs.biz is operated by MoonLabs LTD. Questions, complaints and legal reports can be sent to office@moonlabs.biz.
These terms describe use of this directory. Separate publications, Arcade services, memberships, purchases and programmes have their own terms. Nothing here removes mandatory legal or consumer rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
2. What the directory provides
This site introduces our health, money and relationship publications and links to services in the MoonLabs network. Newspaper-style covers are editorial previews, not reproductions of published issues or promises of specific articles. A feature marked as forthcoming is not yet offered through this directory.
The directory does not create an account, sell a subscription or provide access to paid content. Following a link does not enrol you in a programme or entitle you to a service on the destination website.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use this site unlawfully, infringe others' rights, introduce malware, bypass security controls, impersonate others or disrupt the service. Do not use its branding or content to imply an endorsement or association without permission.
4. Content and intellectual property
Website branding, original text, images and software belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may use material as permitted by law or with the necessary permission. Access to this site does not transfer ownership or grant rights to commercially redistribute protected material.
Descriptions and previews provide general information. They do not guarantee health, financial, relationship or other outcomes, and do not replace professional advice where needed. Report allegedly unlawful or infringing material by emailing its URL and an explanation to the contact above.
5. Linked services and offers
Linked sites may have their own accounts, subscriptions, advertising, referral links, age requirements and payment arrangements. Check the relevant site's terms, privacy policy and offer details before participating or purchasing.
We do not guarantee external availability, prices, fulfilment or results. This does not exclude responsibility imposed on us for our own statements or conduct. A link alone does not mean that every product or service on the destination site is endorsed by us.

We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict the directory to address technical, security or legal needs. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be complete or current.

We may update these terms as the directory changes and will update the date above. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Where additional notice is legally required, we will provide it.
